Creating Marketing Coupons

Since I just started this blog the chance of someone seeing this posting is remote. But I will give it a shot. Does anyone know of a software program or of some way to create coupons easily and still look very professional? I have an idea for referral marketing using coupons and need an easy way to create them. I hope to get some feedback here. Thank you.
